Nicola MacDonald

Nicola is a Clinical Supervisor and Senior Therapist with AlphaBee. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and has a Masters Degree in Applied Disability Studies with a Specialization in ABA from Brock University. Nicola has worked extensively for years within the field of developmental disabilities with a particular focus on Verbal Behaviour. Nicola has experience within the implementation of Skills Building programs and Behaviour Reduction programs. She is passionate about the field of ABA and it is her goal to help her clients achieve increased independence and ultimately a better quality of life. Nicola has presented at Special Education conferences focused on ABA and has also helped in the development and implementation of training workshops for parents.
