The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) supports workforce development for the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) through the Workforce Capacity Fund.
This initiative promotes innovation, equitable access, and professional growth for those providing ABA services.
Priority is given to northern, rural, and Indigenous communities to ensure inclusive and accessible training province-wide.
