Refund Policy

AlphaBee Inc. (hereinafter “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction with each purchase. This refund policy (“Refund Policy”) describes how we process refunds when you use the “alphabeePRO” online training and consulting platform (the “Platform”).

REFUND REQUESTS. All requests for refunds under this policy must be made in writing and sent by email to info@alphabeepro.com.

Requests for refunds must include the following:

        • Your first and last name as it appears on your alphabeePRO profile
        • Your email address as it appears on your alphabeePRO profile
        • The name of the course which your cancellation request relates to
        • The date of purchase of the course
        • The invoice number for the purchase (if applicable)

Requests or refunds which are missing any of the required information may not be processed and may result in you losing your eligibility to claim a refund. Requests are considered but not automatically granted. alphabeePRO can deny refund to anyone who has already started the course. All refunds are granted using the Moneris payment processing system or via e-transfer from AlphaBee Inc. There is a processing fee for all refunds of 10%.

Requests for refunds can be submitted based on the following course duration criteria:

      • Courses with a total duration of five (5) hours or less – seven (7) days to request a refund
      • Courses with a total duration of six (6) – twenty (20) hours – ten (10) days to request a refund
      • Courses with a total duration greater than twenty (20) hours – thirty (30) days to request a refund

INDIVIDUAL PURCHASES. The provisions of this section only apply if you have used the Platform to register and pay on an individual basis for your own account for any live or recorded training/ instruction or for attendance at any events offered or sponsored by AlphaBee Inc. This section does not apply if your registration has been paid for you by your employer or by a third-party organization.

  1. Course Cancellations. For cancellations of online courses, alphabeePRO will refund 90% of your payment provided within the timeframe outlined above based on the date of purchase. Requests for refunds which are submitted after this date will not be processed.
  2. Recorded Content. For recorded content (including any accompanying written materials), alphabeePRO will refund 90% of your payment provided that:
      • Your cancellation is received by alphabeePRO within the timeframe outlined above based on the date of purchase (requests for refunds which are submitted after this date will not be processed), and
      • No more than 10% of the course has been unlocked or activated
  3. Pre-Ordered Content. For content that is pre-ordered and is not available at the time of purchase, alphabeePRO will refund 90% of your payment if your refund request is received at least 24 hours prior to the general release of your pre-ordered content. Requests for refunds which are submitted after this time will not be processed.
      • For live-online/ webinar content, alphabeePRO uses a 3rd party video communications app (Zoom). It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure they are connecting from a region which allows access to this platform.

GROUP/ CORPORATE PURCHASES. The provisions of this section only apply for bulk purchases made by groups or organizations.

  1. Course Cancellations. For course cancellations, alphabeePRO will refund to you 90% of the amount paid by you for the applicable number of ordered units which your refund request relates to provided that:
      • Your refund request specifies the number of units in the order which you wish to cancel, and
      • Your refund request is received by alphabeePRO within the timeframe outlined above based on the date of purchase (requests for refunds which are submitted after this date will not be processed)
  2. Recorded Content. For recorded content (including any accompanying written materials), alphabeePRO will refund to you 90% of the amount paid by you for the applicable number of ordered units which your refund request relates to provided that:
      • Your refund request specifies the number of units in the order which you wish to cancel, and
      • Your refund request is received by alphabeePRO within the timeframe outlined above based on the date of purchase (requests for refunds which are submitted after this date will not be processed)
      • No more than 10% of the course has been unlocked or activated
  3. Pre-Ordered Content. For content that is pre-ordered and is not available at the time of purchase, alphabeePRO will refund 90% of your payment if your refund request is received at least 24 hours prior to the general release of your pre-ordered content. Requests for refunds which are submitted after this time will not be processed.

NO LIABILITY FOR EXPENSES RELATED TO ATTENDANCE. alphabeePRO will not be liable to any individual purchaser, group or organization, for any amounts paid or incurred by you, to your group or organization, or any member of your group or organization, to attend any course or event offered by alphabeePRO. This includes any amounts paid or incurred for travel, accommodation, or living costs, or the cost of supplies, materials, or equipment.
