Sonia Stellato

Sonia Stellato, MADS, BCBA,  is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who previously worked as a Senior Therapist at AlphaBee. Sonia has over 10 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD and their families to develop skills both in the home and at school. She works with instructor therapists to complete comprehensive training and skill development to better support the families they work with. Sonia has also had experience working with teenagers and adults who have a dual-diagnosis and required complex care and support. She has worked as part of multidisciplinary teams striving for the best outcomes for all those she supports. In addition to her role with children, Sonia develops and provides training with a focus on ABA to front-line staff working in group-home and community settings. In her time with AlphaBee she developed social skills programming and worked on a collaborative research project with Brock University. She is also certified in Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Organizational Behaviour Management (OBM).
