Jill Fahlgren, MBA, HCC is a certified Executive Coach, working for ETC Consulting, The Possible Life, Inc., and partnering with other coaching organizations. She is committed to helping professionals realize their full potential to achieve personal, career, and organizational goals. Jill earned her coaching certification (HCC) from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara. She earned a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. Jill guides clients to equip themselves to embrace challenges and enhance their leadership skills. Jill leverages the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework, building transformational skills for sustainable development. With experience in coaching, consulting, and technology services, Jill brings corporate experience, coaching perspective, and empathy. Her previous experience includes corporate leadership roles in technology services, start-ups, and consulting, and running a non-profit organization dedicated to administering funding for research to benefit military veterans. Jill often speaks and facilitates workshops and events on leadership and related topics to local, national, and global audiences with participants numbering from a dozen to hundreds.
