Are your trainers all BACB certified?

Our courses are developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and all meet the requirements outlined by the BACB. For courses that offer CEUs, the main presenter is certified by the BACB. For RBT Services, including all RBT Competency Assessments and Trainings, your assessor will always be a BCBA who is BACB certified.

Can I register for a course and complete it later?

Yes, courses can be completed anytime within their expiry deadline. To find the expiry timeline for a course, please review the course description.

Do these courses count for CEUs?

Yes! We are registered as an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider. For courses that meet the requirements outlined by the BACB, the number and type of CEUs offered are indicated in the course description. Once you have completed a course, you will receive a certificate showcasing your name, your BACB ID and the number and type of CEUs you have received.

Do any of the courses qualify as CEUs in ethics or supervision?

Yes, courses that qualify for CEUs in Ethics or Supervision are indicated on the course image or in the course description.

My Account

How do I create an account?

Click the ‘Log In’ tab at the top right corner of the page and follow the prompts under ‘Register’.

How do I change my profile details?

Once logged in, click on ‘My Dashboard’ at the top right corner of the page and then click on the ‘My Account’ tab to view your current account details. Select the details you would like to update and then click ‘Save Changes’ when complete.

I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?

On the ‘Log In’ page, click ‘Forgot your password?’ where you will be asked to input the email associated with your account. An email will be forwarded to you with a temporary password. Click on the link as directed and you will be prompted to change your password.

Courses

What is the format of the courses?

The courses are developed with a variety of multi-media features which include videos, audio, PDF handouts, worksheets, quizzes and practice opportunities. Each course is designed with the features that best suit the content developed.

How do I access my certificate?

Click on ‘My Dashboard’ at the top right corner of the page. Scroll past the ‘Your Courses’ section where you will find your certificates, which are accessible from the ‘Your Certificates’ section. Please note that only fully completed courses will display a certificate.

My certificate is missing my BACB ID. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your certificate is missing your BACB ID as all users must manually input the ID through their account settings. To add your BACB ID, click on ‘My Dashboard’ at the top right corner of the page, and then click on the ‘My Account’ tab. Scroll down to the ‘BACB ID’ field and input your ID there.

Who should I contact if there is an error on my certificate?

Send an email to support@alphabeepro.com identifying the course completed and certificate that you would like updated. Please allow for 1-2 business days to receive your updated certificate.

Can my certificate be emailed to me?

We encourage our users to access their certificates through their account. If you require a certificate to be emailed to you, send an email to support@alphabeepro.com identifying the course completed. Please allow for 1-2 business days to receive your certificate.

Can I take more than one course at a time?

Yes, our courses are developed to be taken at your own pace. You may be registered in multiple courses at once, regardless if they are a free or paid course.

Do courses expire?

Yes, courses expire after the designated time. To view the course expiration timeline, please review the course description.

I have purchased a course - how do I access it?

Once logged in, click on ‘My Dashboard’ at the top right corner of the page where you will be available to view a list of the courses you are currently enrolled in under the ‘Your Courses’ section. Select the course you would like to enter by clicking on the course title.

Technical Difficulties

Can I take the course on my iPad or tablet?

Yes, our training platform was built to work on all devices (desktop, tablet, iPad, etc.). Please note that layouts, scrolling, text or displays may vary depending on the device being used.

Is internet access required?

Yes, an internet connection is required to log in and view your online courses. Our courses were designed to offer a range of features and it is recommended that you have a good network connection for the optimal experience.

I am experiencing technical difficulties with the course/videos/surveys. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that! We recommend when having problems with audio or video to check your internet connection, reset the internet connection if necessary, clear your chase or try another browser. Additionally check your speaker/headphone connection and audio system preferences for audio-related issues.

My course will not open. What do I do?

Please ensure you are logged into your account when opening your course. We also recommend you check your internet connection, reset the internet connection if necessary, clear your chase or try another browser.

How do I cancel a course?

Can I use my OAP funding for these workshops if I am not a current client of Alphabee?

Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding can be used to purchase an individualized parent/caregiver training package offered in-person or via remote services (i.e. ZOOM).

Pre-recorded, online content is not eligible to be purchased using OAP funds. For more information on training options that are covered by OAP funds, please email info@alphabee.com.
