The Program

The RBT competency training program allows a trainee to:

• Receive in-person training and feedback from a BACB-certified AlphaBee clinician
• Undergo role play scenarios with a trainer, followed by an Initial Competency Assessment (paid for separately)
• Train at one of our on-site locations (Etobicoke or Hamilton)

Training occurs during one 6-hour working day. Date and time of training will be scheduled by your BACB certificant. Additional training may be required based on candidate’s skills and trainer’s recommendations, if necessary.
